What can be customised on a Liquido machine?
Liquido can customise number of filling heads, fill volume range, container handling, capping and labelling stations, PLC and HMI logic, conveyor length and height, material grade (SS 304 vs SS 316L), electrical standard (Indian/CE) and integration with upstream and downstream equipment.
How long does a custom Liquido machine take to build?
Standard customisations from Liquido Colossusfill ship in 6–10 weeks. Fully bespoke turn-key packaging lines typically take 12–20 weeks depending on complexity, approval cycles and import lead times for any bought-out components.
Do I need to send samples for a custom Liquido machine?
Yes — actual bottles, caps and labels (and a sample of the product where possible) are required so Liquido can tune the machine to real production conditions during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at the Ahmedabad plant before dispatch.
Will Liquido sign an NDA for confidential custom projects?
Yes — Liquido Colossusfill routinely signs Non-Disclosure Agreements for custom engineering projects involving proprietary products, formulations or packaging formats.
How much extra does customisation cost?
Light customisations (additional heads, change parts, conveyor extension) typically add 10–25% to base machine cost. Fully bespoke lines are quoted from scratch — email sales@liquidofill.com with your specification for a written estimate.
Does Liquido handle integration with existing production lines?
Yes — Liquido Colossusfill engineers integrate new filling, capping or labelling machines into existing conveyors and upstream/downstream equipment (washers, sterilisers, cartoners) on-site across India and at export destinations.
