The Fully-Automatic Powder / Auger Filling Machine uses a rotating screw (auger) to dispense a precise volume of powder into each container. A servo motor drives the auger a programmed number of turns, so every shot delivers a repeatable, accurately controlled weight with reduced wastage. A motorised hopper agitator keeps the product feeding evenly into the auger, while a low-dust nozzle and controlled drop keep the filling zone and the product itself clean — critical for fine powders that tend to float, aerate and cling.
